Fake laughs

yes we  keep up appearances for sake of people because it's easy to tell them you are happy then to open your wounds !! Some will rub more salt even pepper on them too and others they will nod make proper sounds like tisk tisk..oh & ahh and here they go.
It's when you are alone on your own and your soul make noise which don't let you sleep
