The conflict between Ukraine and Russia has exposed the racism, bigotry and prejudice of the West once again big time , one cannot ignore the language and words used , when the children and women of East are killed by western created and funded wars and bombs, the victims are labelled “terrorists”,  those who survive those bombs are labelled “potential threat ” , the unarmed men and boys are portrayed as criminals,  who must be exterminated ….. Before I unleash the rage , that’s bubbling inside like a volcano to erupt after listening and reading the disgusting racist narrative of the western media,  I must point out to the fools , that the Syrians,  Afghans , Libyans also have the whitest of white skin , bluest of blue eyes , if it’s all about skin colour, the east has many colours,  the Yemenis and Iraqis have the most beautiful facial features in the world,  unique and attractive,  white skin and blue eyes or beautiful features is most certainly not ...

  I have been communicating with my Yemeni friends since the beginning of the crisis in Yemen ,as it is important to know the opinion of the people of the land , you cannot claim to be an expert without talking to the people of the land and as far as the media is concerned,  as biased these media moguls are one can never trust if they shows you the true picture or fabricated stories that helps them generate the revenue, especially the Western media one can never rely on them ,and rest of the media is divided if we listen to the Eastern world about the Yemen conflict .So let’s begin with asking, who is behind the war in Yemen? when you ask this question to the Yemenis , Is this Sauids , Emeraties or the Houthis?  What do they think ? Furthermore, when you ask is this the Saudis and UAE fighting against each other on the Yemenis soil for the resources and Power? The response is , their strategic planning is to block the formation of a strong Sovereign government in Yemen, b...

  We all know how many frogs and toads we might have to kiss before finding the Prince charming,  that might help us to perfect our kissing skills , but ruin our ability to connect with humans , trust them completely,  the ghosts of the past keeps popping up ... some needs serious therapies to cope with that. Today one the biggest problem among humans after basic survival is relationship issues ,no matter what age group you belong to  ,attaching heart and feelings with someone, fight for attention ,put each other to emotional tug of war , sleepless nights ,the dramas as some might call it .The teens with their emotional hormones , desperate to understand the world of the grownups , and grown ups with the fear of  being left single  jump into relationships, everyone has their own needs and reasons , and we are designed to be like that . Today I want to share something different,  a very simple idea perhaps but profound and life changing...

  The first victim of war is always women and children , you can  see that proven in the history, in every century and era, infact if the women and children are not safe in any society that’s the beginning of the crisis.In the present times It’s the men in suits who plan and carry out these wars , and its the women and children and yes some plain and simple men aswell who become the victim of this tug of war for power and control… Yemen,  Syria and Afghanistan is the clear example.   When you read  “British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said he wanted people to understand the sheer cost in human life that an incursion into Ukraine would bring, with casualties on both sides.”And if you have any idea about UKs war crimes in the on going war on Yemen,  you’ll be utterly disgusted by the sheer hypocrisy and manipulation of the British government since 2014  , where not just Made in UK bombs are dropped on civilians but its a known fact that they have boots on the ground in Yemen , training the Saudis in their control rooms , guiding them to kill innocent children . According to  UN figures “More than 650 civilians were killed or injured in January by air raids, shelling, small arms fire and other violence, “by far the highest toll in at least 3 years”… and this is just the beginning of 2022 , how much these numbers will add up in few months or weeks only depends on the moods of the war mongers . Marrige is a huge decession , no matter from which culture, country , from any it chick club or frat boys clan you’ve been a part of, weddings ,and the sacredness of this relationship is undeniably enormous in every part of the world ,in every century, those from the East place it on top shelf , for them marriage is the beginning and end, they begin working on it from their own marriage and continue till the generations that grows up until the angel of death takes their soul away. In the west ,though there’s a huge contrast , their idea of marrige is completely opposite, more cold feets and shilly shallying there, but one cannot deny that at the end the idea of matrimony is universally holy . They’re not doing things for their ownselves but just to count likes and views .Merely analyzing the words of Khalil Jibran here , with present day examples, from our lives, we don’t travel with the objective of our personal growth, to learn something new to understand to open our Soul, or welcome new ideas , sadly we travel to click pictures only .This age is about letting everybody know that you have a lover ,...

  Life is always developing,  growing and evolving,  from human bodies to their internal growth it’s a journey,  where almost nothing is static , when we are little we might have held a certain toy tigher to ourselves,  after few years we completely ignore it like it was worthless , or during our teens the activities and adventures we try despite all the  opposition & disapproval for that certain thing ,but we still eagerly try it ,because at that time it seems the most exciting thing to us, though after few years when we look back it seems utterly foolish , a lover, for whom we might be willing to die for cried rivers and buckets of tears, missed many heart beats in our twenties, turns into out most awaful crush of the past when we are more mature and get some perspective on life,  we laugh at those times of childishness. It’s not just an individual going through this process of change but everyone around that individual has their opinions develop...

  Fears are real thing, few years ago I was asked by my professor to write about "micro fears" and their impact on us ,at that time I must admit I was too naive to realize how micro fears as tiny as they are have the power and impact like mountains to paralyze human being, there are many amongst us who keep going through pain and misery because they're are too scared to walk away ,the fears of unknown are too strong, the tiny steps immobilize us ,we have  to calm ourselves with the hopes and delusions , like patting a baby that everything , otherwise our stomach reminds us we are unable to handle the pressure. Can I  do this ? Am I able to face it? Will I be able to survive? And for how long?....
